2. Medical Services Refund Policy
- Consultations and Treatments: All bookings for consultations, treatments, and other medical services provided by Panchayu Ayurveda are non-refundable. Once a service has been rendered, it cannot be refunded.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Appointments: If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the service fee is non-refundable.
- Exceptions: In the event of an emergency or unavoidable circumstances, please contact us to discuss a possible rescheduling or refund on a case-by-case basis.
3. Ayurveda Products and Instruments Refund and Returns Policy
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and unused.
- You must initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Perishable items, opened products, or items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
- How to Initiate a Return:

- Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by us.
- Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

- Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
